Creative Direction
The visual direction balanced professional real estate education with stronger conceptual storytelling. AI was used to help develop imagery, environments, and visual ideas that would have been difficult to produce through traditional stock photography alone.

AI supported concept development, image creation, and visual exploration. Final direction, messaging, composition, brand alignment, image selection, refinement, and application across the marketing materials were creatively directed by Ariel Lanique.

The goal was to use AI to strengthen the brand’s visual storytelling while keeping the content clear, credible, and aligned with the real estate education space.
